We use seasoned oak and an old fashioned smoker to impart that unique taste that our customers love. Our smoker uses 100% seasoned oak so that means no gas, no electricity and no BS- because you deserve better than that! We are a family owned business that operates on family values. We have quickly become a local favorite and our customers constantly say they have never had better barbecue.
