Established in 2020. We think the Peninsula is ready for a fun, dynamic Thai food from regional cooking to our grandma's recipes. Currently, we are offering many dishes from Northern and Southern parts of Thailand. Chef/owner, Kasem 'POP' Saengsawang, is originally from Loei but spent most of his adulthood in Bangkok. He attributes his passion for food to his daily trips to the local market with his grandma, Yai Oun. In which, a dish called "Panang Nuea" - 24hr braised Short Rib in specialty spices & coconut milk reminiscent his childhood where he cooked large meals for his entire family.
